Yes, we can make products according to customer requirements, such as shape, size, color, logo and other details. If you have design files, send them to us in AI/PDF format, and we will make samples for you for confirmation.

Custom products can be made through the "Contact Us" page, fill in your custom requirements or provide your own design. There is no minimum order quantity, any quantity is acceptable
If the goods are in stock, we will ship within 1-2 days. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time is 7-15 days. Expedited service is available.
Yes. We keep detailed records of all orders in the past 2 years.
Please note: We only keep 2 years of order history. If you have a copy of a previous order that is old and you would like to reorder, please share it with our Customer Service Department.
All "in stock" or "fast ship" items can be returned, custom printed or engraved products cannot be returned unless we made an error during the customization process or the prize you received was damaged. Please call Customer Service before returning an item.
