• Do you do custom designs?

  Yes, we can make products according to customer requirements, such as shape, size, color, logo and other details. If you have design files, send them to us in AI/PDF format, and we will make samples for you for confirmation.

• How do l place an order?

  Our website Minitrophiesis.com is always at your service at any time. Just add the items to the shopping cart. Custom products can be made through the “Contact Us” page, fill in your custom requirements or provide your own design. Please send an email to sales@minitrophies.com and we will reply you within 24 hours.

• What is the minimum order quantity?

There is no minimum order quantity, any quantity is acceptable

• How long is the delivery time?

  If the goods are in stock, we will ship within 1-2 days. If the goods are not in stock, the delivery time is 7-15 days. Expedited service is available.

• Can l order the same product as last time but change the date?                       

  Yes. We keep detailed records of all orders in the past 2 years.  Please note: We only keep 2 years of order history. If you have a copy of a previous order that is old and you would like to reorder, please share it with our Customer Service Department.

• What is your return policy?

  All “in stock” or “fast ship” items can be returned, custom printed or engraved products cannot be returned unless we made an error during the customization process or the prize you received was damaged. Please call Customer Service before returning an item.
