Shipping & Returns

Shipping:

It may take 6-12 hours to process your order . Once your order has been processed, you will receive an email confirming that your order has been shipped.

Shipping Fees and Timing : Free standard shipping in the United States. We strive to deliver your order within 3-7 business days in the United States and within 8 business days in Europe.

Return value:

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it, unworn or unused, with tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Personalized/engraved products or items are not eligible for a return unless 1) the error is ours or 2) the product or item is otherwise defective.

To start a return, you can contact us at sales@minitrophies.com. If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to ship your return. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the problem and correct it.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Some types of items cannot be returned, such as customized products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns on hazardous items, flammable liquids or gases. If you have questions or concerns about a specific item, please contact us. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges
The quickest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you own and once the return is accepted, purchase a new item separately.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your return and let you know if your refund has been approved. If approved, you will automatically be refunded to your original method of payment. Keep in mind that it may also take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post your refund.
